We use location information to show ads that are relevant to your area. You can control this through your browser or device permissions. We do not track your location in the background while the app is not in use.

We use the information we collect to create your secure profile, operate the marketplace, improve local discovery, and deliver support and notifications related to your account and listings.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with trusted service providers such as Firebase and Google for hosting, analytics, authentication, and app functionality, where necessary.
5. Security and Encryption
Your data is protected using secure encryption for data in transit over HTTPS. We also use standard platform safeguards and access controls to help keep user information protected.
6. Account Deletion and Data Rights

7. Seller and Buyer Listings
Marketplace is a local platform that connects third-party buyers and sellers. We do not verify, own, or guarantee the accuracy of every listing. Buyers and sellers are responsible for confirming pricing, availability, item condition, and transaction details directly before completing any sale.
8. Children's Privacy
Marketplace is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
